Jared was great to work with. I had kind of a small project, but was in a big time crunch. Jared ensured his part of my project would be complete within the timeline he said he would and he delivered, hugely! His work was great, contractors he had come in to help were just as great. Would highly recommend Jared to anyone and as a realtor, good/timely/fairly priced work is hard to find. I will definitely be using him on other projects. Don’t hesitate to hire him!

If you are looking for a licensed contractor who can bring a concept to fruition, on budget, timely, pull city permits, and bring amazing ideas to the table - then Jared is going to check every box. We had Jared remodel and enlarge a very worn out, moldy, gross basement bathroom and bedroom/office. He is willing to reuse items (doors, etc) to help with cost and came up with a great idea to create a double door into the office which we really like. He listens and accommodates - we wanted acoustic drywall on the ceiling - and he made it happen. He really works for you and keeps you informed about progress. There's no waiting on subs to do their job, it's all efficiently handled and seamless. Your project will take shape quickly as ours did - even with digging up floors and moving drains. Of course, with any remodel you can have problems once demolition gets underway, but you will find Jared is solutions-based. Nothing phases him! He is calm and so easy to work with. We hope to work with him again on other projects because he makes it so easy. He's a highly recommend in our books!

We recently used Jared and his team for two bathroom remodels, a small kitchen update, and various odds and ends around our house. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, and with Jared. His communication throughout the whole process was excellent. He went above and beyond to help us choose materials that we liked but fit within our budget. And when unexpected things popped up, he informed us ASAP and walked us through all the different options. He also made sure we were 100% happy and satisfied with his work in the end. I couldn’t ask for a better experience than the one I had with Jarod. We threw a lot at him from adding 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on our second floor to raising our family room to adding a playroom. With great detail and vision he went well beyond our expectations. He always made sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way. Jared is an amazing General Contractor. His attention to detail when working a project is exceptional, and he proposes work that will be right, rather than what is easiest. The biggest thing I appreciate is that he listens and thinks about the project. On a recent project he worked at my house, most other contractors wanted to do major excavation work so the could put in a pre-fab solution. Jared looked at what was there, and how to build something that made sense aesthetically and financially. He listened to my concerns and was thoughtful about how he addressed them. He also worked with me to hit a relatively aggressive timeline, so the project could be finished before new carpet went into a space, and worked with me to figure out what things I could DIY to control costs.
